What do i do if I have problems?
Can I go home?
If we were able to be there with you, what would we be telling you?
1 – It is easier said than done, but try to remember there is a group of people working very hard to make sure you are safe and well looked after. They are likely to be strangers but they want you to be safe and happy.
2 – Please try and stay with your foster carers - if you try to go home it will only result in you being picked up again by your social worker.
3 - Cry if you need to - your emotions might be all over the place right now and letting them out is much more healthy for you than keeping it all bottled up. No one will be cross at you and the more you can communicate how you are feeling the easier your social worker and foster carers will find it to help you.
5 – Please know these people are here to help you – your social worker is here to make sure you are safe and your foster carers want to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be.
6 - Watch the films - they are here for you and are there as many times as you need
